Internationalisation of the company and innovation in marketing techniques and organisational models.
Strategic Objectives
The company’s strategic objectives include:
- Strengthening its strategic orientation towards competitiveness through active presence in the global market, reinforcing financial, commercial and human efforts in the promotion and prospecting of international markets, thereby increasing activity and turnover (forecast growth of over 2000% in turnover exclusively driven by international business), based on external markets, promoting diversification of markets and clients, and aiming to increase the overall turnover while raising the share of foreign markets to 98% of total turnover (to be achieved through a dedicated application under the Internationalisation Incentive Scheme);
- Enhancing strategic positioning in existing markets and expanding into new markets of operation (Internationalisation Incentive Scheme);
- Investing in new marketing models and techniques, particularly digital marketing, as a means of international promotion and visibility, leading to an estimated 25% increase in orders;
- Increasing competitiveness and organisational qualification through the implementation and certification of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ensuring that 100% of internal procedures comply with excellence criteria under the applicable standards;
- Promoting organisational innovation through the recruitment of highly qualified technical staff for Quality Management System and Digital Marketing Management, as well as through professional training aimed at enhancing competencies and improving organisational processes;
- Strengthening active participation in the digital economy, promoting the dematerialisation of internal processes and procedures and enhancing client interaction through the implementation of a web-based e-business platform (Internationalisation Incentive Scheme);
- Reinforcing the use of ICT through investment in upgraded hardware infrastructure.
